The latest novel series to make the leap to anime is officially Mushoku no Eiyu: Betsu ni Skill Nanka Iranakattan da ga (The Unemployed Hero Does Not Need Something Like Skills). The series is written by Shichio Kuzu and illustrated by Yumehito Ueda, and the official Comic Earth Star Twitter account announced plans for the TV anime this week. 

The Mushoku no Eiyu novel series first started on the Shosetsu-ka ni Narou (Let’s Be Novelists) website in November 2017, with the novel publication via Earth Star Entertainment following in July 2018. There’s also a manga adaptation in Comic Earth Star—featuring the work of manga author Akio Nanae—as of November 2018.
