October 14, 2008 Not too long ago, we passed along word that one of developer Level5’s 10th anniversary projects was a DS collaboration with legendary anime house Studio Ghibli. Unfortunately, such a titillating announcement was only accompanied with a small image from the title, leaving everyone wondering what kind of animation work the studio would be turning out for the game.
Last week’s TGS finally provided a closer look at their gorgeous work, all of which will hopefully look just as nice on the tiny handheld’s screen. Add a Joe Hisaishi score to the mix and you’ve got a devastating product on your hand. Check out the trailer over at GhibliWorld.com (scroll down a tiny bit), and let us know what you think so far!
